Hello,
When i'm clicking the app icon from the original task bar the app window will minimize but when i'm clicking the icons from AMM task bars the windows wont minimize, only maximize works. Is there any setting that I missed?

This is a known problem and it has been already fixed. The fix will be available in the next update.
