 The hotkeys Ignore Deactivation and Lock Mouse do not work when i activate csgo, however they do work in the window of AMT, which i find quite weird because they stopped working when i turned off my computer and came back the next day. If i could get any help with this that would be wonderful.

It is known that Counter-Strike: Global Offensive doesn't accept the Ignore Deactivation feature, but could you try to apply the feature as the action on the game's startup in the specific settings for the game in our program's configuratuion module and let us know the results. If you are not familiar with specific settings you can learn about how to create the specific settings here.

Are you running CS:GO via Steam? Could you check whether the enabling of the Steam overlay makes the Ignore Deactivation and the Lock Mouse features work?

In what situation do you need to use the Lock Mouse with CS:GO?

What do you mean by the window of AMT?
