Hello
How do I remove the "Manage window settings" button? I didn't find it in settings

The option for this button is definitely in the settings – see the screenshot made for Default Settings.
You need to go to the settings that are applied to this window – click the “Manage window settings” title button and then click the "Modify applied settings" item of the opened submenu. Then go to the Title Buttons section and disable the button.
