Hello!
I have a problem with my AMM taskbar. After i have changed my 2nd monitor to fhd (previous one was 1440x900) i have a problem with taskbar on the 2nd screen. After windows boots up, the taskbar on the 2nd monitor resizes to half of the screen. I have been trying to repair this problem, i reinstalled AMM and again configured it, but it doesn't help.

AMM 8.9.1
Windows 8.1 64 bit

Hello, Xantek

On what side of the monitor the AMM taskbar is located? Have you tried to move the taskbar to different sides of the monitor? Does the problem persist then?

Are you able to change the resolution of the Full HD monitor to 1440x900 and see whether the problem still persists?

Could you send us your configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool (Configuration module > Tools > Configuration > Send to Tech Support)?

Best regards.

Hey!

Taskbar is located on default side (down). Also i have tried to change side of the taskbar, but i don't know if it helps because the problem doesn't show always (I forgot to tell about it). I have turned off and on my computer a few times and it didn't happen on right side (tested side) and down side (default). Moreover, I cannot change my resolution to 1440x900 anymore, because it's 16:10 resolution and my current monitor is 16:9 (my driver and AMM don't have option to change resolution to 1440x900).

Here are my configuration files.

Hello, Xantex

How often (for example "approximately 2 times out of 10 reboots") does the problem happen?

Do you have any additional toolbars on the AMM taskbar?

It happens about 50% of all rebots. I don't have any additional toolbars.

Xantek,

Could you send us your configuration when your both monitors are enabled?

What version were you running when the problem appeared? If you were running the latest version, could you install the version 8.8.3 and see whether the problem persists?

Now I'am using 8.9.1 version, but before this update, I had 8.9 version and the problem was the same, I'll try with 8.8.3 version.

My current config (both screens enabled):

Xantek,

Unfortunately, the configuration you've provided doesn't contain the important files that we need for investigation and it seems like this archive file was created with the Backup tool.

Could you create a configuration .zip file using the Send to Tech Support tool instead? Remember, that we need a configuration file created when two displays are enabled.

Xantek, thank you for the update.

What about rolling back to version 8.8.3? Does the issue remain there?
