 I've had these kinds of issues before where clicking the taskbar icon won't minimise a window, but not for some time. Now ST3 has started showing this behaviour. Other apps seem fine - I can minimise / restore by single clicking their taskbar icon.

Other data:

- I'm using 'Replace System Taskbar'. If I pause AWM and use the standard system taskbar, minimise / restore work fine.
- I have ST3 pinned to the taskbar. Unpinning makes no difference to the problem.

 OK - I _think_ this may have been an ST issue, as it also stopped responding to OLE type requests from other apps. I restarted it, and it now minimises OK. I'll keep an eye on whether it 'degrades' again, and if so what might trigger it.

Still, strange that the native taskbar worked but AWMs didn't...
