Baden, sorry for the delay.

Unfortunately, we haven't managed to fix this problem yet.

We'll post in this topic, when it's fixed.

Best regards.

I have the same issue. I'm using two monitors on Win 10. After the screen saver has been activated and power saving mode, the desktop doesn't return. I can only see a black screen, sometimes though I can get the activity field on the bottom of the screen, but the rest is black.
Right now I got the activity field on a black screen at the same time I can see everything as normal on the other monitor. While writing this message I now tested to move the mouse pointer back to the dark monitor and this time it's all black.
I can get the desktop back after turning the power of the monitor off and on. The monitors ar both new DELL S2817Q (4k resolution), but running in 2560x1440 (30Hz, 50Hz and 60Hz tested). One of them is connected with HDMI and the other with mDP. It doesn't matter if I swap the places of the monitors, (by swapping the display cables).
I can exclude a fault in the monitors as there has been a couple of times where both monitors was black at the same time. Turning power off and on seems to be a work around for the moment.

best regards
Karl

Yes it does, Actual Multi monitors!  Before installing this software I used windows screen saver and power saving mode and all the times the system woke up after moving the mouse pointer. I bought your product as I don't like both monitors to be on when I only use one of them. I have the version 8.8.3

best regards
Karl

Hello, Karl

In this topic the problem with the Windows Photo Gallery screensaver is described. Are you running the same screensaver or some other screensaver?

Are you ruuning any graphic management utilities (nvidia control panel, intel software etc)?

Hi Bogdan

On monitor 1 I'm running Screen saver "empty"
on monitor 2 screen saver "Mystify"

Yes I have some software installed and running from Nvidia. (Geforce experience and Nvidia control panel)
