Roy,

We'll try to create a test application to investigate the issue on your system. Please inform us if you can run the test application on your computer.

Best regards.

when I start the test app on my work notebook, i see a magnify window and a log.
when i start the test app on my home notebook, i only get a black window no matter which screen and also without extra screens attached, the window stays black.. see attachment..

edit:

PS: it does not matter if i start as administrator or not..

Roy,

Please check whether all Views (Full screen, Lens, Docked) of system Magnifier work correctly or not. They have slightly different mechanisms of work. I am most interested whether the "Docked" View works correctly or not.
