I may have missed this as a topic already, but I am unable to get the 'Ignore Activation' feature to work while playing this game (Max Payne 2) on Steam.
I've tried the hot key, as well as, specific settings method mentioned in the 'Saints Row 2' topic. Is there a workaround for this?
