Opera browser v. 25 and previous. Buttons seem to be competing with opera header. Don't know why Opera needs to use non-standard window but they do. Flicker is distracting and annoying. I could disable all buttons and use the rt click menu but I don't see a way to disable the Currently Disabled Commands button.
