Using 8.1.2 (W7 x64), whenever I press win-key to open the start menu, any program window I'm in gets instantly forced to "Stay on top". I then have to manually uncheck it each time.
It continues to do this with all windows, even consecutive windows (without the previous stay-on-top being removed). However, this doesn't happen with Windows 7 explorer windows/folders.
Before 8.1.2, pressing the win-key (to open the start menu) would close out of any program/window that could be closed with the Escape key (e.g., dialog boxes, VoidTools Everything search windows, uTorrent, calculator (resetting), and many others). It was as if pressing the win-key was sending an "Escape" keypress into the focused window before opening the start menu.
