Hello, I am a new purchaser of the product. I have verified that I do have the most recent version. I am running windows 7 pro 64 bit. The issue arises when I maximize a window and then I move the cursor to the upper right hand where the X to close is. The mouse cursor then "sticks" in that corner. I do have the Wrap the Desktop option checked and the tight monitor boundaries unchecked. We are considering deploying this to our sales and marketing team but the product needs to be seamless for wider deployment.
Thank you.

Hello Jonathan,
Could you provide me a more detailed description of the problem?
What our product are you running (name, exact version)?
What happens when the cursor stucks? Are you able to use the mouse cursor after this?
Are you able to reproduce the problem with all maximized windows/applications?
