When minimizing Firefox 2.0.0.1 to tray with the use of AltMin title button it minimizes as expected.
However I've selected "Minimize to tray" for Firefox as a Specific Window. I also have selected "By Close button click". Whenever i minimize using the default windows minimize or close button an icon does appear in the tray, however the taskbar entry is not removed.
If the window is then restored from tray it returns as normal. If it is restored from the taskbar entry, which should have been removed, then it restores fine but the tray icon is still there indicating that the window should be minimized to tray.
This bug is still present in Actual Window Manager 4.4 beta 1.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, it's a known peculiarity of Mozilla applications (Firefox, Thunderbird etc.); we didn't find a proper solution for this issue yet. Please use the AltMin button for a while. Sorry for a possible inconvenience.
