Hello,

since I'm using  AMM 4.0 my pc freezes complete.
I leave my pc for 3 hours, when I'm back nothing happens anymore. Just three black screens.
Ned to restart with the restart / powerbutton.

If I disable AMM 4.0 everything is fine for days.

Second problem is, that my 3 monitors everytime I deactivate and active AMM are scrambled.
Monitor Nr. one is not in the middle anymore, second is on the left third is on the right side.
Everytime the layouting differs from the layout in windows 7 system control.

This is a real problem.

WIN 7 X64 SP1
HD 7970, newest drivers
3 Monitors Dell 2411 1920x1200

- Are you able to reproduce this? What exactly version of drivers are you running?

Hello Vasiliy,

I'm using the 12.3 drivers. Newest one.
Problem will occour every time i leave my pc alone for some hours.
There will be no entry in system log about the freeze.

Thanks
Florian.

Hello Florian.

Is your screen saver enabled? And if it is, which way do you control it - with standart Windows options or using our product?

Please make a following screenshot. Enter the Windows Task Manager and then open the "Processes" tab. Add following columns: "Handles", "Threads", "USER Objects" and "GDI Objects" (View -> Select Columns). Leave your PC, just like you leave it before the problem occurs, and make the screenshot of Windows Task Manager with the "Processes" tab opened and the columns added (after about 1-2 hours, but of course before your PC freezes). And send it to support@actualtools.com.

Please send us your configuration files using the "Send to Tech Support" tool.

Best regards.

Is it possible to make the screenshot in the, let's call it, "pre-freeze" time?
