If for any reasosns windows marks any window as "not responding" in 80% this window will disappear from all taskbars. And will be accessible only via alt+tab, or by minimizing of all other windows(if they are maximized or cover completely this disappeared window, otherwise you can focus on this win by click on any visible part as usually).
If i pause/play AMM, then icon of this window appears on original win7 taskbar, and stay there regarding of window position monitor - window could be moved to other monitors, but icon stay always on system taskbar. I am having this problem as example with eclipse, as there is often huge amount of system resources needed. But also i had this problem with FF and firebug enabled on complex javascript sites(pure extJs written), with openoffice, with photoshop in case of many very large psd files.
System win7, 32bit home premium

Also noted, if windows set to any window "not responding" into header, additional icons get removed from this win. When windows removes "not responding", icons get back, but win is removed from taskbar. Additional icons are working, but win do not appear on any taskbar, until pause/play of AMM

Also i mistyped, AMM version is 3.4.2
Upd: Seems that this is fixed in AMM 4.0, as since upgrade i never had this issue.
