Hi I am new to Actual Multiple monitor and testing the Mirror for Mouse pointer area,   I may have set things incorrectly when I was playing around with it.

Anyway I started Mirror for Mouse Pointer area

The small window always show objects in the 2nd window rather then the desktop window.  Every mouse movement I believe is relative to the 2nd window.

What might be the mistake?

I check mirror the mouse painter and check mirror the area around the mouse pointer.   Whats the solution

Thanks,

Noel

Hello Noel,

Thanks for the post.

What OS are running (version, x32 or x64)?

Could you send me (support@actualtools.com) a screenshot of your mirroring settings pane?

Could you also send me a screenshot of the problem with a more detailed description?

Best regards.

Okay just uploaded into my dropbox

Look at the first screenshot

Look at the red circle, that is where my mouse is positioned, however looking at the mouse pointer window it is showing the screen on the 2nd monitor

Here is the screenshot of both monitor 1 and 2

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/15669458/FullScreen1.jpg

Notice the 2nd monitor has the green bamboo image

Okay here is the screenshot for the Mouse Config

Hopefully you can solve the problem really want the mouse mirror

Thanks

Hello Noel,

Thanks for the response.

Could you send me your configuration files (Actual Multiple Monitors -> Send your configuration files to the Actual Tools technical support)?

Could you also send me a screenshot of your Actual Multiple Monitors "Monitors layout and settings" pane?

Do you have this problem only when you are using remote desktop connection?

Best regards.

I used the Send your configuration files to the Actual Tools technical support

Just in case here is also the file

The message body of the email is as follows

OS Name: Microsoft® Windows VistaT Home Premium  (x64)

OS Version: 6.0.6002 Service Pack 2 Build 6002 Multiprocessor Free, station (x64)

Actual Tools Program Name: Actual Multiple Monitors

Actual Tools Program Version: 3.3

Conflicted Program Name:

Conflicted Program Version:

Actions Required to Reveal the Problem:

Remote desktop?   No it has problems when I am physically on the workstation I just use remote desktop to get screenshots from ofc.

Also I played around last night and notice that if I set the primary monitor as monitor 2 the mouse mirror works correctly, but once I set for the monitor 1 it will only show monitor 2

So what does that mean?   Will I receive an email when a fix has been done?  No possible suggestion or temp solution?
