 OK. As Vasiliy has said there's no "Ignore deactivation" feature on an application startup in Actual Multiple Monitors, by "set it on for the game" I presume you mean just activate it fr om AMM's settings, but I can't find where to do that and only see it mentioned under Hotkeys, so could you point me to wh ere I switch this on please?
