Running Win7 x64 Ultimate, latest released Nvidia drivers, two monitors, 8800GTX video card.

Every time I left the system for a while it would BSOD before I came back to it.

Disabling all power-saving options solved the problem - it is now 100% stable.

Let me know what tests you'd like me to do, or what other info I can provide.

Hello Paul,

Thanks for the post.

Why do you think that it's a Actual Multiple Monitors bug?

Does the problem persist with Actual Multiple Monitors turned off?

Best regards.

I beleive I am also having the same problem.  same setup as paul has only with a geforce gtx 285. I would seemingly randomly bluescreen, possibly when the system goes into power safe mode, or wakes from it. I closed out the software and havent had another bluescreen since(about 2 weeks now).

Hello Graham

Could you check whether the problem persists with all power-saving options disabled - as Paul did.

Best regards.

I've been running for about a week now without a crash which isnt a guarentee that im in the clear but i would have expected something by now. The only options i needed to disable was turn off monitor and turn off hard drives. None of the other options were in use.

Further update. I turned the turn off my hard drive option back on for another week or so and haven't seen a crash yet but i did notice that i get multiple actual multiple monitors tasks. I've seen 3 runing at a time sofar. Is that normal? (one is ActualMultipleMonitorsCenter .exe *32, ActualMultipleMonitorsCenter64.exe, ActualMultipleMonitorsShellCenter64.exe.

Hello Graham

Thank you for informing us.

Yes, that is normal. They were there previously.

Best regards.
