If AWM acts on a window for WebEx PCNow then when I try to close the Webex Window it goes into a loop asking me if I really want to close it, I say YES and it asks again. The only way to close the window is to use Task Manager.

Martyn, thanks for the note. Please send us your settings file. Is is named "WindowRules.ini" and located in the AWM installation folder ("C:\Program Files\Actual Window Manager" by default).

Martyn, I have got your mail with the configuration file, thanks. Please specify also what version of
WebEx PCNow
do you use.

WebEx PCNow is web based, so I don't have a version on my PC. It automatically uses the latest version on the web site.

Martyn,
Well, I have already discovered this fact myself.
But there
another question arises
: what, in this case, do you call the "Webex Window"?

Alexey
When I use the Webex site to connect to a remote PC it opens a new window on my PC which displays the screen of the remote PC. Any keystrokes I make in this window are then relayed to the remote PC.

I've now purchased Version 4 and tested this again. I'm still getting the same problem. I've recorded the screen to demonstrate. I'll email the AVI file to your support email address.

Martyn, thanks for a record. I have restored the situation on my machine and already answered to you by e-mail. Just in case: currently you should exclude the main PCNow window using the following Target Window criteria values:
Window class: ATConfContainerWindow
Window caption: WebEx PCNow
Program: IEXPLORE.EXE
It seems the "Window caption" criterion is optional and can be omitted.
