 My second monitor does not display Firefox, Excel, and Word in the taskbar for my second monitor unless I open the program.  I had these icons there before up upgraded to version 3.

 AMM:  Ver 3.0

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

I'd like to emphasize, that all the icons in my tray were duplicated in the tray of the second monitor before I upgraded to version 3.0.  Now, except for Outlook and Quickbooks, and I get the icons only when the applications are opened.

I see you also made a change for apps running in a virtual computer.  One of my applications, ACT 6.0, that runs in the virtual computer (Win XP), before the upgrade would show up in the tray of the 2nd computer with the ACT icon, but now in version 3.0, I have the icon for the virtual computer and if I hover over it it shows the Virtual Application Laucher, Virtual PC, and the ACT icon (Remote).  I think the previous configuration was preferable, i.e., to show the actual ACT icon in the tray.
