Hello guys, I system was infected with
folder.htt
and
desktop.ini
virus. I try to wash them out with Norton 2005, Norton only dectected folder.htt but it is unable to dectect and remove desktop.ini. Due to these virus, now whenever i open internet explorer it shows "about:error" in address bar. and try to go on geocities site. I try to restore default settings from internet options under the tools menu, but as i restart my pc it again shows same thing. And now my pc is also showing all folders on the desktop very destorted. Kindly help me to solve this problem. I dont want to format my pc.
Thanx

Actually, your problem is not in our competence. Try to address to
Norton Antivirus technical support
to get a proper update for solving your problem.
