Having downloaded the 3.8 version I find that if I close Internet Explorer using the cross in red as usual, I ALWAYS now get a message following the closure that 'Interet Explorer has encountered an error...'and asking about error reporting. This is a nuisance. If I choose the minimise to tray option, it is OK. Is this right? I am puzzled as to why this happens.

Please, specify what our product do you have problem with and what version of Internet Explorer do you use.

It is Actual Title Buttons 3.8, the 60 day trial, I use IE 6.0.
I'm also getting popup ads since installing this, always the same 3 for no obvious reason. Put together with the IE 'problem' message it isn't doing to well. My popup blocker minimises the ads, but both these things are a nuisance.
It is the same on 2 computers, a PC and a laptop.

I have to ask you where did you download ATB installation package from. This one placed at our site doesn't throw any popups except for the trial window. If you've downloaded your ATB install from our site, I must ensure you that "popups problem" has no relations to our software. I would recommend you to scan your PC for viruses/ad-wares.

OK, how about the message...'Internat Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close' then?

I hope that IE problem would be fixed also after re-installation. If it isn't then mail us your settings file for analyzing.
