 Hello,

I searched through the forum to see if anyone else was having this issue, but didn't see it. I am trying to get the lock screen activated on my second screen. When I was using the trial version of Actual Multiple Monitors, the feature worked. However, once I activated the license, the feature no longer works.

I've tried turning the setting and then off and then back on, but it never works. The screen cap is after I selected a folder. Nothing appears.

Did you mean enabling the slideshow on the secondary monitor during logon/lock screen mode, not moving the logon/lock screen to the secondary monitor? The Logon secondary monitors slideshow feature doesn't work in the recent versions of Windows. This is a known problem. We'll try to fix it and post here when it's fixed.

Are you sure it worked? Registering the program generally shouldn't influence how the features work - both trial version and registered version provide the same set of features and the difference is that trial version has limited trial period.

Could you specify the exact number of your current Windows build (type winver in the Search field of the Windows Start menu, press Enter. The window containing the build number will appear). Were you running different version of Windows before the feature stopped working?

 Ahsley,

Or were you pointing out that the items weren't added to the list in the settings?
