Sorry for all the posts, but since I bought the program, and messing around with everything I notice these things.
Click the preview below to see that while I have a specific setting appied to AWM, the buttons are not showing on the title bar as selected. I have rebooted after this change, but they still do not appear.
UPDATED: If you press the 'wrench' icon that is displayed on the title bar and select 'reapply settings' the title bar icons do appear. But as soon as you 'close' the AWM manager window and reopoen, the icons are gone again.

Matt, there's no need to apologize, please address us all questions/problems you have.
We confirm the presence of the described problem. Presently, we try to figure out its cause. We will try to fix the problem until the release of the version 5.2.
Please specify is AWM Configuration the only window you have the described problem with? Thanks.
As a workaround, try to turn off the "Window caption" check box for AWM settings.

I have tested it with a couple different tool tray programs and they seem to be fine. I'll keep you informed if I notice more.
Disabling the windows caption did solve the issue. Thanks!
