 Hi,

I have just installed the beta for 5.2 on a system with 3 monitors.  I get the 3 task bars - one on each monitor.  In most cases the window on the monitor has an entry in the task bar on that monitor.  I have Microsoft OneNote running on Monitor 2.    The task bar entry for OneNote is always on Monitor 1.  I can drag windows to another monitor and usually the task bar entry follows the window to the new monitor.  With OneNote the task bar entry stays on Monitor 1.

Thank you for the feedback. Please specify the version of Windows and OneNote you have the problem with.

 Alex,

I had to reboot my machine today and this time the OneNote taskbar entry went to monitor 2.

I use Startup faster for my startup programs and it tends to randomise the order the programs load.  This time OneNote started before AWM (this may or may not be relevant)

I've now found another program with the same issue - Acemoney from www.mechcad.net

The window is on monitor 2 but the task bar entry is on monitor 1.

If I drag the window to monitor 3 the task bar entry stays on monitor 1

Acemoney is version 3.10c

Today I've been getting the same thing with CyberMatrix Project Clock Pro Version 9.02 build 9.021.

I use AWM to put Project Clock on Monitor 3.  Usually the task bar entry has been on monitor 3.  Today the window is on monitor 3 and the task bar entry on monitor 1.

There may be some issue depending on whether AWM loads before or after the target program when I boot.  (My boot sequence is unpredictable due to Startup Faster)

Thanks for another note. Please specify is the problem with all mentioned applications stable or intermittent?

For Onenote it is stable.  For other applications intermittent

Today the taskbar entry for OneNote is on the correct monitor.  I don't know if its stable yet, but I'll let you know.

It may or may not be relevant but yesterday I got an update for TrueLaunchbar.   OneNote was OK after the reboot needed by this update.

The version of TLB installed yesterday was 4.2.7 RC3.


Prior to that I was running RC2.


Acemoney and Project Clock are also OK today.
