Hello, I ran into this problem where whenever I use the ignore deactivation option in my main game to do something on the other screens, the mouse will automatically clicks itself every second or 2. Is this a bug if so how can I fix it? Thanks in advance!

Calvin,

What OS are you running (version, 32- or 64-bit)?

What our product are you running (name, version)?

Does this problem happen with all games or with some particular games or maybe the one single game?

Are you running any mouse management applications like Logitech SetPoint?

Best regards.

Josh,

What version of Actual Multiple Monitors you're running?

What exactly games you've noticed this problem with? Are there anti-cheat systems in them?

What exactly mouse firmware you're running? Could you try to disable it and see whether the problem persists in this case?

Could you name the exact number of your Windows build (type winver in the Search field of the Windows Start menu, press Enter. The Window containing the build number will appear).

Best regards.

I am currently using Version 8.14
For now I only tested this on Rainbow 6 Siege and it runs with BattleEye anti cheat.
The mouse firmware is the DreamMachine DM1 FPS
My window build is Windows 10 Home-64bit (10.0, Build 183262)

Josh,

Could you see whether this problem persists with some other games?

Could you temporarily disable DreamMachine DM1 FPS and see whether the problem persists with Rainbow Six?

Is it possible to disable the BattleEye anti cheat?

Best regards.

it happens in other fullscreen programs. The DM1 FPS is not active, and there is no way to disable the BattleEye anti cheat.

Josh,

What programs besides Rainbow Six you've noticed the problem with? Are there games without anti-cheat software or non game applications among them?

Could you see whether the problem persists for a game that doesn't have an anti-cheat system and with any non game application?

Quote
The DM1 FPS is not active
Do you mean it was completely closed and there was no tray icon of this application?

What is your computer? Is it a desktop computer or a laptop?

Are you sure that when you don't use the ignore deactivation feature (when the game minimizes as you switch to other application) the problem doesn't persist?

Best regards.
