 I'm using Actual Window Manager 8.13 on Windows 8.1 64-bit. Not sure when this stopped working, maybe the latest update. The task switcher only shows up on my primary monitor, regardless of whether the setting is checked or not.

I'm glad to notify you that the subject issue has been fixed in the latest version of Actual Window Manager 8.13.1 and our other products as well.
