I'm running an application which executes system commands using the command prompt "\cmd.exe". I've set the Command Prompt window to minimize window automatically at startup and minimization mode = tray (toggle). The problem is that the tray icon does not disappear when the system command is finished. If I use the mouse and hover on these icons they close, however, if I don't, I get more and more tray icons.

Maybe this is a Windows (10) flaw but I wonder if there is a way to make tray icons disappear when the associated program has finished executing?

That's great! I thought that this was actually a Windows issue...

Well, Windows is partially responsible for this issue.
