 I saw a similar issue to this for 6.x version but not on any later versions.  In chrome the AMM toolbar flickers non-stop.  I posted a short clip on youtube to show whats going on.  Any ideas?

 Hello Andrew,

Thanks for the post.

The problem has been confirmed.
We'll try to fix it and inform you about our results.

As workaround, if you are running Windows 7, you could try to change your Windows visual theme to an Aero theme.
The flickering will be less noticeable.
