I'm using a trial of AMM and I don't know if I'll register if this can't be resolved.
I don't see this happening anywhere else, only when trying to compose a new email.  With AMM enabled I get no text, which is really unfortunate because almost all the buttons when composing an email are text-only.  With the new composition still open, I close AMM and all the text appears.
It's a pain.
I've tried setting a specific Window Rule in AMM, but nothing I've tried has any effect.

Hello Kurt,

Thanks for the message.

Could you send me your configuration files (Actual Multiple Monitors -> Send your configuration files to the Actual Tools technical support)?

What OS are you running (version, 32 or 64-bit)?

Best regards.

OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional  (x64)

OS Version: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601 Multiprocessor Free, station (x64)

Actual Tools Program Name: Actual Multiple Monitors

Actual Tools Program Version: 3.2

Conflicted Program Name: Lotus Notes

Conflicted Program Version: 8.5.2

Actions Required to Reveal the Problem: Send email

I sent the report.  I'm hoping this can be resolved, I've been using UltraMon for years but I'm really impressed with Actual and I'd like to keep using it.

well, the config files bounced back - apparently the email that was generated when I clicked on "Send to the Tech Support" (by the way, might want to remove the word "the" on that button...) did not have an email address.  The automatically generated email was only addressed to "Actual Tools Tech Support"
Where should I send the config files?

Hello Kurt,

Thanks for the message.

We'll investigate the problem with the "Send to the Tech Support" button and Lotus Notes.

You should send your configuration files to support@actualtools.com.

Best regards.

I'm now half way through my trial of AMM.  I'm really liking the product except for this one issue.  Any progress?  Were my config files received?
Thanks

Pretty unresponsive over here...
If it's being reviewed, say so.
If it's not something you're going to bother with, just say so.

So far, I haven't even received a confirmation that the config files were received.

10 days left in my trial

I am receiving the exact same problem with Windows 7 x64 & Lotus Notes 8.5.2.  Before I was upgraded to 64 bit i ran Actual Multiple Monitors on Windows 7 x32 and the same version of Lotus Notes without any trouble.  Hope that helps.

I typically wouldn't do this, but the complete lack or response or even seeming concern that the product isn't working for me makes me think it won't be moderated:

I gave up on this product and switched to DisplayFusion.  I had the same issue with that one, but was able to work around it by setting compatibility to eliminate TitleBar Buttons and Window Snapping on %Notes Directory%\framework\rcp\eclipse\plugins\com.ibm.rcp.base_6.2.2.20100729-1241\win32\x86\notes2.exe and %Notes Directory%\nlnotes.exe
