I have a couple machines running windows manager and this problem is only happening on one machine and have no idea why. After unlocking from screen saver all windows are moved to a single monitor. Please help.

Hello a p,
Thanks for the post.
Could you specify your OS (version, 32 or 64-bit) and version of Actual Window Manager?
Could you describe (or provide some screenshots) your Screen Saver settings in Actual Window Manager (Actual Window Manager -> Multiple Monitors -> Screen Saver)?
Does it matter how long the screen saver worked (for 1 sec or for 1 hour)?
Could you also unload Actual Window Manager, adjust a similar screen saver settings using standard Windows possibilities and check whether you are able to reproduce the problem with Actual Window Manager unloaded or not?
Best regards.

You provided a screenshot of the Save Idle Screens pane (not the Screen Saver pane). Please provide the screenshot I requested.
You also didn't answer if you are able to reproduce the problem with a Windows Screen Saver (Actual Window Manager unloaded).
Best regards.

Not sure i understand your last question... by that do you mean if i choose "current windows screen saver" within AWM? If so yes i've tried that as well and doesn't solve this issue.
The problem does not appear to be a screen saver issue as this problem only happens after the monitors go to sleep.... this problem doesn't happened if just unlocking from screen saver.
thanks.

Please go to the Windows Screen Saver Settings window,
then set any screensaver (e.g. Ribbons), go to the "Actual Window Manager -> Tools -> Control Center" pane and click the "Unload Actual Window Manager" button, then check whether you are able to reproduce the problem or not.
Best regards.

followed your instructions and was able to reproduce the issue although not sure what that proves other than this behavior has nothing to do with AWM.

This means that the problem is not related to Actual Window Manager. Most likely, this is your standard OS or videocard drivers behavior.
If I remember correctly, the problem was solved by disabling the "On resume, display Welcome screen" option or by changing Windows Power Plan settings (set the "Turn off the display" option to "Never") in few cases.
Best regards.

Unfortunately, we can't help you to solve the issue.
Maybe this link will be useful -
