Is there any demand for a feature that locks the size and position of a window on screen?

Some application move windows, Outlook 2003 for instance. Sometimes, windows are accidentally bumped. Having a 'lock' feature that ensures the window is in its specified position whenever it is brought to the front would keep the wandering window under control.

Hello Greg,

Did you try the Restrict placement feature (Actual Window Manager -> Window Settings -> Specific Settings -> Position tab -> Restrict placement)?
