 I'm very pleased to see child window snapping finally!

Can you please elaborate to what the borders of any window snap exactly upon being moved, by resizing or moving a window?
It seems that top level windows don't snap to child windows?
It seems that moving a window border up for example does not snap the top border to the hight of other windows top borders?

Can you please explain when a moving border snaps to what exactly?

 Hello TabSel

The child window borders snap only to the parent window inner borders and to other child windows borders upon resizing and moving the window.
