In Actual Multiple Monitors 4.1 beta 3
don't work following feature:
[+] Desktop Divider: Now you can switch the layouts on the fly by scrolling
the mouse wheel

Desktop Dividers don't switching when I scroll mouse wheel in both cases.
Also, the separators are not switched using shortkeys.

As i can see, everything works fine. How do you use it? And what both cases do you mean?

What OS are you running?
