 - snap windows to dividers
- prevent menu spanning (force menus to not cross dividers, if possible)
- prevent tooltip spanning (force tooltips to not cross dividers, if possible)

Are these statements feature requests or what?

If so then please could you clarify the 2nd and the 3rd statement? What do you need such behavior for?

 Feature requests, yes... Thought that would be clear...

Explanation for 2) & 3):
I have two physical monitors 1600x1200 next to each other connected to a matrox dualhead2go, which connects to the pc and presents an additional screen to the OS 3200x1200.

A menu or tooltip which is painted in the middle of this screen space is disrupted by the monitor bezels...

The matrox desktop manager offer these functions, as well a snap to its "desktop dividers", but it interferes with AWM, ie the matrox snapping only works after I reset the matrox desktop dividers after AWM is started...

I want to get rid completely of matrox desktop management and nView, as these along with AWM interfere. I want to use AWM only.

Maybe it's possible to paint a separate taskbar on each desktop tile which spans top to bottom, too? So I could have a taskbar on both physical monitors mentioned above?

 The first request ("snap windows to dividers") has been implemented in the recent 7.0 beta 1.
