 AMM version = 3.2 beta 3

When I use AMM together with the Sidebar 7 gadget (http://nes.bplaced.net/sidebar7.html), and I use the settings Always Ontop, both tools overwrite eachothers screen boundaries.
See attached screenshot...
The tool that is startup as last, will overwrite the screenboundaries of the previous one.
It should be that both tools respect eachothers boundaries.
