1) When changing the program (fullpath + executable) of a window using the "browse window", the app icon is not updated. It olny seems to work when we use the drag&drop crosshair or Window List to select the window.
2) The Import don't seem to work properly; I imported my window rules from the beta 1 and all custom window rules I created now don't have a ClassName/Caption/Program anymore.
3) When "All windows" is UnChecked, the hotkeys don't seems to work for many windows (Ex: Textpad.exe).

1) Accepted. Should be fixed until the final release.
2) The current implementation of Import is intended to use with the ini-files from the PREVIOUS VERSIONS ONLY so you shouldn't use it for any 4.0 version ini-files. To move your settings from beta 1 to beta 2, you should simply copy the WindowRule.ini.
3) Please check this issue again. Note that you should have the specific rule for Textpad to get the hotkeys working because if you turn off the All Windows rule and don't have the specific rule then the application won't be processed at all.
