My Windows title buttons are white, but the actual window manager buttons are black.  Would it be possible to be able to change the colors of the actual window manager title bar buttons so that they match my Windows 10 colors?

We'll consider your request.

I have worked around this issue by selecting the custom built-in skin "Aero_Style_Vista_Beta_2.zip" (under Window Settings > Global Options > Title Buttons), which is the most well-suited to dark window title bars (I use dark blue in Win8.1). It doesn't look to fancy with the Aero style on the material design Windows 8 borders, but it's better than black unreadable buttons at least.
