 Reason:
People can only focus one thing at a moment
Personally, I don't want the other monitor(s) showing up anything when playing movie / share screen with others

 And there also a small problem when using "Alt + Left Mouse Button" to move a explorer window
Because The mouse cursor always jump into the titlebar

 Another problem is The Entire window resizing feature is much slower than "AltDrag"
And The Desktop divider(While pressed mode) doesn't react with AltDrag
So, I'm faceing a difficult choice

 It will be great if Shift + Mouse can Drag Grids And Automaticlly save to current tile layout realtime
