I wasn't sure exactly how to title this request, but I posted a technical support request in the forums the other day about this.
I have my laptop connected to my HDTV, and I like to watch streaming online video full screen on my TV. For example, I watch ESPN3.com regularly and I can easily move my browser window to my TV (monitor 2) with AMM and click the full screen button below the flash player window to make the video fill my entire TV screen. The problem is that I cannot keep the video on my TV full screen and use my laptop screen for other tasks at the same time, since clicking with the mouse anywhere on the laptop screen steals focus from the Flash player on my TV and collapses the video back into windowed mode.
I found a small program called FlashHacker that fixes this problem, and it appears that it is a pretty small hack; the program can be found at
http://jmaxxz.com/index.php?option=co...&Itemid=32
Any chance that this "hack" can be implemented in Actual Multiple Monitors? I think many people would find the feature useful.

Dear Donald,
Unfortunately, the hotkey doesn't work correctly with browser's flash players now. It can to lock the window (browser) but after that you wouldn't able to exit fullscreen mode. You can exit the browser only.
