I am using Actual Transparent Windows.
How do I make the menu to be transparent?
by Menu I mean the Right Click Menu i.e contextual menu, a list of contextually targeted command items or options that appears when users right click with mouse on an object such as folder, desktop, taskbar and etc.

Hello,
Try to create new specific rule.
Window class for context menus: #32768. Don't forget to disable/delete the exclusion for this window class (it usually names "Popup menus").
