Since version 8.4 Ignore Deactivation does not work as it used to.   It does keep games full screen, but applications on the other monitors become uncontrollable.   If I'm able to launch then the app becomes unusuable and unclosable.  They are not ghosted but look/act like they are.

Prior to v8.4 only Google Chrome had this issue (and it opened Chrome 2 times). This seems to be for any application I try to open or use now.

Thanks!

Chris

Hello Chris,

Thanks for the post.

Please specify your OS (version, 32 or 64-bit), our product name, games and applications (names, versions) you have noticed the problem with (as an example).

Win7 Ult 64bit
Actual Window Manager 8.4

Any game with Ignore Deactivation enabled causes any windows application on the desktop to become unusable.  It's almost like it's "ghosted".  If I launch Chrome while a game with Ignore Deactivation is enabled, Chrome opens twice, both ghosted.

When this happens, I can no longer close or use the windowed app.

Chris,

I've tried to reproduce the problem with several games and was unable to confirm the problem. Could you send us your configuration files (Actual Window Manager -> Tools -> Configuration -> Send to Tech Support), list all games you were able to reproduce the problem with and provide a step by step description of how you are activating the "Ignore deactivation" feature?

Email/config sent.

Had to add .TXT extension to the config file attachment sending through Gmail.

Thanks!
