I'm sorry. I meant Dota 2.

You could try the following steps:
1. Run a video (e.g. using your browser) on a secondary display;
2. Run Dota 2 on your primary display;
3. Check whether there are choppiness or not;
4. Activate AMM's Ignore Deactivation feature;
5. Check whether there are choppiness or not.
