I am currently having an issue with right clicking on anything in the navigation pane of Windows Explorer when I do so it closes the Window if I shut down Actual tools the behavior disappears. Any clue what I could look for to stop this from occurring.

Hello Derek,

Thanks for the post.

Could you specify your OS (version, 32 or 64-bit), our product (name, version) and send us your configuration files (Actual Tools configuration window -> Tools -> Configuration -> Send to Tech Support)?

Best regards.

Derek,

I was unable to reproduce the problem.
Could you send us (support@actualtools.com) a video of the problem?
Could you also specify what exactly closes (context menu or whole windows explorer window)?
You could also try to disable all mouse actions (Actual Window Manager -> Mouse -> Actions -> Enable mouse actions) and check whether the problem persists or not.

Best regards.

I did a little more research into this and found out the issue is a Nvidia service Nvidia.CPL I used a program called ShellViewEX to disable the service and then the issue had disappeared. From what I read I could then restart the service and it should still work correctly and it still does so problem solved and it turns out Actual Tools had nothing to do with it.
