If you have programs open on your second monitor, and press Win+D to show the desktop, the next time you open any window, all windows on the second monitor pop back up.

Also sometimes Win+D makes the second taskbar disappear... Can't figure out how to reproduce it though.

Sure, I'm using Windows 7 Enterprise SP1, 64-bit, and Actual Multiple Monitors 8.1.2 Evaluation Version.

Also, I've actually seen the primary taskbar disappear once.

I've also just noticed that if you press Win+D, and then open a window on the second taskbar, clicking anywhere on the desktop effectively presses Win+D again. However, if you press Win+D a second time, toggling it, the behavior stops.

I should revise my first post on this thread, the bug there only happens if you open a window from the primary taskbar after pressing Win+D.
