 I use Google Chrome as my browers.  My Actualtools toolbar continually blinks, especially when I'm playing videos.  It also interferes with certain programs such as Facebook and it blocks out my copy, paste, etc when I right click on my mouse.  Any suggestions.  I just upgraded to 8.1 but it didn't help
